OdysseyGPT publishes this page and is one of the alternatives
We describe each product using only what the vendor or a named third party has published, linked in each row. We have not tested these products ourselves. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
What Loonar does well, by its own account
Loonar says it is built for industrial manufacturers answering complex RFQs from end users and EPC contractors. It says every requirement is "answered with evidence, every line item matched", with a status, ranked fit and citation per line, matched against your certifications, quality documentation and past offers. It lists oil and gas and offshore, marine, gas and energy infrastructure, power and process industries (Loonar). Its launch was announced on LinkedIn in 2026 (LinkedIn).

How to choose
- Decide whether you evaluate bids (EPC or owner) or write offers (manufacturer). The tools split along that line.
- Run a closed tender you already know through each shortlisted tool and count the requirements it finds against your own list.
- Check that every row cites a clause and page you can open.
- Ask how pricing scales: per seat, per TBE, per page or flat.
Where OdysseyGPT falls short
- Its output is a draft. Your engineers decide open items, including any cost of withdrawal, and own what goes to the customer.
- It does not interpret engineering drawings such as general arrangements or P&IDs.
- It does not send anything to the customer.
