Is onboarding included?
Yes. Managed workspace onboarding is part of the subscription. We start with your documents, review process, evidence needs and team access. That way your first live workflow is useful from day one.
Which file types are supported?
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV, including workbooks with many sheets. It doesn't read engineering drawings such as general arrangements and P&IDs.
Is there a free plan or per-seat pricing?
No. OdysseyGPT is sold as a managed subscription, from $999/month. Directory listings that show free, $20 or $50 plans are out of date.
Where is our data hosted?
OdysseyGPT is hosted on Render in the United States (US-East, Virginia). Customer data is hosted and processed in the United States. We don't offer EU or UK data residency today.
How do we get started?
Bring one typical document set, such as a recent tender or RFQ package and the datasheets you answered it from. Tell us the workflow you want to improve. Then we agree fit, onboarding and the start date with you.
