Information we collect

OdysseyGPT may collect information provided directly by users as well as service and operational metadata required to run and secure the platform.

  • Account details such as name, email address, and company
  • Documents and content intentionally uploaded to the platform
  • Support and commercial communications
  • Usage data, access logs, and interaction metadata
  • Campaign parameters and LinkedIn click identifiers when advertising cookies are accepted

How information is used

Information is used to provide, maintain, support, and improve the service, to process documents as requested by the customer, and to meet legal or contractual obligations.

  • Measure advertising performance and connect consented campaign interactions to commercial outcomes

Analytics and advertising choices

Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag load only after advertising cookies are accepted. With consent, campaign touchpoints are handed to the OdysseyGPT marketing API and may be connected to CRM lifecycle events for server-side LinkedIn conversion reporting. Work email is normalized and stored only as a SHA-256 hash; raw names, company, and job title are excluded from the marketing ledger. Campaign touchpoints, match identities, and conversion records are retained for no more than 180 days. Cookie preferences can be changed from the footer at any time; withdrawal clears browser identifiers and stops future collection, while privacy deletion requests remove contact-linked touchpoints, queued deliveries, conversion records, and match identifiers from the server.

Retention and rights

Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery and legal obligations. Depending on jurisdiction, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer their personal data.
