New Odyssey Ltd. is committed to protecting privacy while delivering document intelligence services. This page explains what information OdysseyGPT collects, how it is used, and how users can exercise their rights.

Information we collect

OdysseyGPT may collect information provided directly by users as well as service and operational metadata required to run and secure the platform.

How information is used

Information is used to provide, maintain, support, and improve the service, to process documents as requested by the customer, and to meet legal or contractual obligations.

Website enquiry forms

When you send an enquiry through a form on this website (for example to request a demo, talk to sales, ask for security documentation or discuss a partnership), we store the name, work email, company, role and message you enter, the page you sent it from, any campaign parameters in that page's address, your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to spot abuse. The raw IP address is not stored. These details are emailed to the OdysseyGPT team so someone can reply, and are used only to reply to your enquiry. They are kept separately from the marketing ledger described below, are not used for advertising, and no automated email is sent to the address you enter. You can ask for an enquiry to be deleted by writing to privacy@odysseygpt.ai.

Analytics and advertising choices

Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag load only after advertising cookies are accepted. With consent, campaign touchpoints are handed to the OdysseyGPT marketing API and may be connected to CRM lifecycle events for server-side LinkedIn conversion reporting. Work email is normalized and stored only as a SHA-256 hash; raw names, company, and job title are excluded from the marketing ledger. Campaign touchpoints, match identities, and conversion records are retained for no more than 180 days. Cookie preferences can be changed from the footer at any time; withdrawal clears browser identifiers and stops future collection, while privacy deletion requests remove contact-linked touchpoints, queued deliveries, conversion records, and match identifiers from the server.

First-party visit analytics

OdysseyGPT measures how visitors find the site with its own first-party analytics, not a third-party tracker. If you accept cookies, the site sets one cookie (odysseygpt_growth, kept for 90 days and shared with app.odysseygpt.ai) holding a random, signed visitor identifier, and records your first landing page, the hostname of the site that referred you (never the full address), campaign parameters, a coarse device type (desktop, tablet or mobile), whether you arrived from a paid ad (never the ad click identifier itself) and whether you interacted with the page. If you then sign up or send an enquiry, that first visit is linked to your account or enquiry so we can see which channels bring customers, and new users may be asked once how they heard about us. If you have not accepted cookies, nothing is stored on your device: the site may count your arrival in an anonymous daily total by channel, with no identifier. IP addresses and device fingerprints are not stored. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, none of this runs. Requests from known automated crawlers are counted by crawler name only.

AI assistant connectors (Claude)

When you connect an AI assistant such as Claude to OdysseyGPT, the connector acts only as you, in your workspace, with the permissions you approve when signing in. It receives only the inputs the assistant sends to its tools and returns results from your workspace. It does not access your assistant conversations, memory, or files. OdysseyGPT records each tool call (which tool, outcome, and timing) in your workspace audit log; connector server logs keep a hash of the inputs and never store sign-in tokens or document text. Audit records follow the retention described below. You can disconnect at any time from the assistant's connector settings or ask a workspace administrator to revoke the connection.

Retention and rights

Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery and legal obligations. Depending on jurisdiction, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer their personal data.
